“When We Heal The Mother, We Heal the Whole Family“
For me, motherhood has been an incredibly difficult, yet incredibly important journey of my life.
It has allowed to me to see all the places that I have not yet healed. It has also given me an opportunity to connect with a deeper purpose in life. I always knew that I wanted to be in a healing profession, thus wanting to become a therapist, yet I couldn’t quite narrow down who it was that I truly wanted to help heal. But once I became a mother, it all became clear.
I realized that without healing mothers, we cannot break cycles of generational trauma and toxic patterns.
And thus I embarked on a journey to become a certified coach and certified EFT practitioner. I saw this as an opportunity for deeper healing for all the mothers, including myself.
As you can see from the photos, I am a mother to 2 beautiful and incredibly energetic boys. I know all too well the struggles and funny moments that come with being a boy mom. It can be hilarious and infuriating all at the same time.
And it is for those 2 boys that I continue to heal myself. Because I know that if I am able to put my trauma behind me and work through it, I can be the mother I have always imagined myself to be – peaceful, empathetic, non-judgmental, open, and loving.
And I know that you want the same for yourself and your family.
Mama, it is finally time to put yourself first because you matter. You deserve to be healed and free from emotional blocks and past traumas. And if you are still stuck in making this choice for yourself because the message of being selfish rings strong in your ears, remember the next quote….
